01 標簽化的自我介紹
大家可以想象一下,當面試老師一天要完成與幾十個候選人的初次見面與評價時,因為每個人都在“使用”相似的自我介紹模板,我們好像很難擺脫“My name is XXX and I’m from YYY”的平庸開頭,而乏味的開端就注定了我們需要在面試的后半段做出更多努力來抓住面試老師的注意力,所以教大家一個小Tip:我們在介紹姓甚名誰之前給自己貼一個標簽,并且嘗試制造沖突感吸引聽者注意。比如“具有藝術家思維的產品經理”,再如“擅長與數據打交道的文科生”。

02 分時段多維度的自我規劃
不管是應屆考生,還是有著多年工作經驗的“老江湖”,在面試時,老師都會關注你今后的職業規劃,一方面考查考生自身想法是否清晰,一方面衡量考生與此項目人才培養方向的匹配度。所以,建議同學們在回答這個問題的時候不要一兩句話泛泛而談,我們可以從未來需要就職的平臺,某個階段具體想要達成的職位,主攻的業務,以及管理的體量等等角度來闡述這個問題。

在面試中,我們明白自己要去展現自己的優勢,所以我們經常聽到這樣的表述:我的領導力很強;我學習能力很好;我的專業知識扎實。但其實對于面試官來說,這些表述都十分籠統,所以想要體現領導力,我們可以換種表達:

05 真誠是不二法器
對學商科的同學來說,曾經校招的時候排排坐的小組面試相信大家都還記憶猶新,我們在這樣的場合下,非常直觀地感受到了壓力,而在我們的個人面試中,壓力面試也普遍存在,面試老師可能會用一種“質疑”的語氣提出一些不太容易回答的問題。比如:Has anyone ever told you that you have some disadvantages?
這是一道典型的壓力面試題,大家都知道面試場合下不能說出不利于自己形象的表述,所以我們中的很多同學選擇說一些自己有強迫癥,完美主義等等不痛不癢的說辭,面試老師也明白我們的套路,這個問題我們的表現就有了一些隔靴搔癢之意,所以在這里給大家一個新的思路:我們可以告訴老師過去曾經存在過的問題,并突出目前已經有所改變的現狀,這樣,我們既沒有逃避問題,也給了老師我們在持續進步的積極印象。
